Since 2009, when he was working with Rex’s Seafood on Lovers, Owner and Executive Chef Larry Williams has brought his signature blend of Cajun and Classic French techniques to bear on some of the finest fish from around the world to provide a truly unique dining experience to his guests.

Amberjax Private Dining Room seats up to 60 comfortably, and can host more if the weather permits opening the exterior patio doors.
All private bookings are subject to a Food & Beverage Minimum that is determined by the day of the week, the time of year, and the time of day.
A credit card is required to secure private party reservations. All parties of 25 or more will be required to be on a Fixed Menu which will be customized to your needs. Private party reservations are subject to a 22% Special Event Gratuity.
